An intimate exhibition detailing jazz star Amy Winehouses’ life is opening in St Kilda, Australia this Sunday 22 October at the Jewish Museum.
Curated by the Jewish Museum London with Amy’s brother Alex and sister-in-law Rive, the exhibition examines the singer from a family perspective. Personal photos, belongings and text written by Alex reveal information about Amy’s youth, music influences and dreams.
Called “the pre-eminent vocal talent of her generation” by the BBC, Amy tragically died in 2011. Don’t miss this moving exhibition.
