Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney tied the knot in front of 150 family and Hollywood elite on Saturday.

The actress spoke about her wedding to Maroney during an interview with Catt Sadler earlier this year.

‘I definitely wasn’t at a place where I was like, “I’m ready to get married,”‘ she recalled. ‘I just met Cooke and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other. 

‘We wanted to commit fully. He’s my best friend so I want to legally bind him to me forever. And fortunately the paperwork exists for such a thing. It’s the greatest. You find your favourite person in the planet and you’re like you can’t leave. So I wanted to take that offer.’

The Dress

It was no surprise the bride word custom Christian Dior. Lawrence has been working with the brand since 2012. She is currently the face of Joy by Dior, the latest fragrance by Dior since 1999. 

The Guests 

Stars from far and wide attended the nuptials in Hollywood. Adele, Cameron Diaz, the guest list was full of Lawrence’s Hollywood friends and Maroney’s New York art crowd. Sienna Miller looked striking in a red Johanna Ortiz dress with gold accessories, and was joined by boyfriend Lucas Zwirner.

Academy Award winning actress Emma Stone shimmered in gunmetal velvet, while Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner wore a dark maxi dress, with embellished details. Ashely Olsen arrived arm in arm with partner Louis Eisner, both in black. 

Who is Cooke Maroney?

Lawrence was first romantically linked to the 34 art director in June last year. In February, Lawrence was see wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger while out to dinner in New York City. Maroney was born in New York and attended NYU. He is currently the director of the high-end Gladstone 64 Gallery in New York City.
