Despite a healthy appetite, celebrity chef Nigella Lawson has revealed her recent weight loss is down to stretching and yoga. Lawson says dropping three dress sizes is a result of doing yoga three times a week. “I have to do something I enjoy, otherwise I wouldn’t do it” she tells Good Housekeeping magazine.
“Life is complicated, and cooking doesn’t have to be.” The 57-year-old foodie added that: “the older I get the more I realise I have got to do lots of stretching. So even if I’m not doing yoga, I make myself do lots of stretching.”
