This week, fashion and beauty editor Penny Hunt caught up with Louise Gaffikin, showroom director for Marie-Claude Mallat, to find out what she’ll be wearing this season, which brands she loves to buy, and what inspires her look.
What will you be wearing this summer?
I’ll most likely to be seen wearing a jumpsuit, maxi skirt or palazzo pant, styled back with a great pair of wedges, layered jewels and the perfect clutch. I’m loving mixed prints and loads of citrus colours. I also have a slight crush on stripes and spots right now.

What inspires you?
Honestly, [my inspiration] comes from everywhere: travel, great books, old movies, beautiful art, my favorite music artists, and intriguing conversations with friends

The best thing about summer is …
The days are long so I’m all about squeezing in extra outdoor time at the end of a busy day. Ocean swims, loads of vitamin D, but above all, the balmy nights, cocktails, and Sunday afternoon picnics with friends!
