This spicy pizza will have you coming back for more, ready in under 30 minutes its a great simple weeknight meal.
Makes 2
½ quantity pizza dough
1/3 cup passata
8 slices hot sopressa
200g provolone, sliced
2 pickled chillies, sliced
handful of treviso leaves, torn,
to serve (treviso is a type of
radicchio lettuce)
1 Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface into 2 30cm rounds.
2 Place dough on 2 lightly oiled baking trays and spread evenly with passata. Top each base with half the sopressa, provolone and pickled chillies.
3 Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until base is golden and crisp. Top with torn treviso to serve.
