Fans of the spicy Bloody Mary will love this tart take on it - the Pickled Mary!

50ml Ketel One

30ml Pickled Onion Juice

1tsp Habanero Mustard (see Al Brown’s Stoked for recipe)

30ml Port

Few drops of Luck Taco Hot Sauce

Top with tomato juice

Squeeze of lemon

Celery stick

Salt and pepper
