45ml Caorunn Scottish Gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fresh ginger juice
15ml Chambord
2 dashes of lemongrass and kaffir lime sugar syrup (sugar-syrup infusion)
lemon wedges & kaffir lime leaves, to garnish
Pack a short glass with crushed ice.
Pour in ingredients in order, listed from top to bottom. Stir lightly and finish with more crushed ice.
Garnish with a freshly sliced lemon wedge and a kaffir lime leaf.
