Emotionally equipping kids for school

Beginning big school can be an anxious time for children and grown-ups.

As parents and carers we worry whether or not our little ones can write their name, know their alphabet, are able to count once they run out of fingers and toes.

But studies show that what children really need to get off to a good start at school are the right emotional skills.
