Burger King Japan release all black burgers

We all love a silky squid ink pasta or squid ink caviar. But how would you feel about squid ink in a burger?

Trust Japan to have concocted the peculiar black buns; no strangers to the quirky side of gastronomy, it was Burger King Japan who decided to turn their burgers black.

Wanting to shake things up a bit, they’ve released the Kuro Diamond burger and Kuro Pearl burger. Not reliant on squid ink alone to dye their burgers, the staff at Burger King have also died the cheese black using bamboo charcoal (the same one used for the buns), and have used quid ink for the garlic sauce.
