Wine from In Dreams is direct from the Yarra Valley where the 2014 harvest created beautiful conditions for the Chardonnay. With a cooler summer and lack of ongoing heat spikes, the fruit was allowed to achieve flavour ripeness without losing it’s natural acidity.
This hand picked Chardonnay is elegant and balanced with lingering crunchy acidity, which ties all the elements together, including a nutty, lightly toasted oak character from the French oak. The palate is fruity, textured and mouth filling, with a long cleansing finish.
