SeePort Festival 2018
Don't miss this bustling summer carnival.

SeePort 2018 – Captain Cook Wharf

Port of Auckland invites you behind the iconic red fence to discover the port from land, sky and sea over three days at their annual SeePort Festival.

Captain Cook Wharf is transformed into a bustling summer carnival that includes family-friendly rides, tours and day-long entertainment on and off the water for the whole family. Sun and sea are the perfect mix for a long weekend, and best of all it’s mostly free!

Watch dancing tug boats, explore robotic machinery and uncover the inner-workings of some magnificent vessels –including the Royal New Zealand Navy’s HMNZS TE KAHA & HMNZS WELLINGTON and one of the oldest steam tugs in the world! You can also take in the view from above by taking a helicopter ride high above the harbour.

To round out the second day of SeePort, the Auckland Symphony Orchestra will be performing alongside some special guests to a spectacle of fireworks and lasers. Head along with a picnic in tow and relax as you take in the sounds of wind and percussion with the beautiful Waitematā in view.

Stay for the Sunset Symphony and Fireworks from 6-10pm on Saturday 28 January.

When: Saturday 27 – Monday 29 January 2018, 9am-6pm (10pm on Sunday)

Where: Captain Cook Wharf, Quay Street, CBD, Auckland

Restrictions: All ages

Ticket Information: Free Admission
