The British Royal family attend the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.
Joining Queen Elizabeth at the Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance on Saturday night (local time), is Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as well as Prince Harry and his pregnant wife, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.
The annual Festival of Remembrance in London, which commemorates the war dead, will include performances from Sir Tom Jones and Sheridan Smith.
The Duke of York, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, The Princess Royal and Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, The Duke of Kent and Prince and Princess Michael of Kent were also in attendance.
The UK will officially mark 100 years since the end of the First World War on Sunday but special events have been taking place across the country all week.
The event has been organised by armed forces charity the Royal British Legion as a “thank you to all who served, sacrificed and changed our world”.
Earlier in the evening, the Duke of Sussex got drenched as he laid a wreath to mark the Armistice Day centenary ahead of England’s rugby match against New Zealand’s All Blacks.
Prince Harry was joined by New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters to lay their wreaths, before the Last Post was played and spectators joined in a minute’s silence.
While his wife wasn’t in attendance at the rugby ceremony, the Duchess of Sussex did attend the Festival of Remembrance, and looked elegant at her first Remembrance Day event as a member of the royal family. Dressed in a stunning black coat which had a fitted black ribbon she tied around her growing bump, she looked glowing with natural make-up for the emotional event.
Wearing a chic black dress with an asymmetrical neckline, the Duchess of Cambridge looked nothing short of stunning as she arrived at the Royal Albert Hall with her husband, Prince William.
The Queen and Members of the Royal Family will attend the annual Remembrance Day Service at The Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.
