The King Valley, the Victorian High Country’s inspirational gourmet destination and famously, home of Italian wine styles and warm hospitality, is launching a brand a new even this Queen’s Birthday weekend – the King Valley Balloon Festival.
The Festival will be offer yet another reason for visitors to experience the rich array of activities offered by King Valley during the long weekend with a mass of hot air balloons floating over the beautiful vine-studded valley, taking off from Milawa or Whitfield each day.
The event culminates in the Brown Brothers Night Glow event, where all balloons participating in the festival light up in unison to the sounds of live music on the Milawa Airfield. This sensory spectacular will be matched with mulled wine and warming wintry foods by Brown Brothers.
