Commercial Bay is slated to open in late March which means we’re counting down the days until the doors to Auckland’s most anticipated shopping destination opens.
With the opening just weeks away, the final line-up of international retailers at Commercial Bay has now been revealed.
Take a look atthe spots that we will be heading straight for once the doors open in the coming weeks.
The Best of London
London-based fashion brand COS will open its first store in Westfield Newmarket shortly. But Auckland City-based shoppers won’t have to venture far to get their fix of the coveted brand as COS will open its second Auckland store at Commercial Bay this autumn. The COS store will span 548sqm across two floors, housing the latest season of women’s, men’s and children’s collections.
Aussie Favourites
Much-loved Australian fashion brand Aje will take up residence in Commerical Bay once it opens. A luxurious pop-up will showcase the must-have pieces from Aje’s latest collections. Aussie queen of activewear, Lorna Jane, will make her central Auckland debut when the doors to Commercial Bay open.
International Newcomers
We’ll be able to get our hands some of our favourite international brands very soon as a handful of designers will be available on New Zealand soil for the very first time. Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Kate Spade, Herschel Supply Co. and Scotch & Soda will make their very first local appearance at Commercial Bay.
Beauty Buzz
Beauty lovers are in for a treat as Christian Dior will open its very first Parfums Christian Dior boutique in late March at Commercial Bay. The boutique will house Dior’s sought-after cosmetics and fragrances amongst other coveted offerings.
Auckland’s anticipated retail precinct will also be home to a brand new MECCA beauty boutique that melds the best of the MECCA Cosmetica and Maxima worlds. The space will feature an expertly curated range of cult beauty brands as well as up-and-coming newcomers to the beauty scene.
Time to Unwind
As well as being able to get your hands on all your favourite beauty brands, Commercial Bay will see Auckland’s very first Skintopia open within the retail precinct. Bound to become the go-to destination for city-based skin health enthusiasts, Skintopia will offer a holistic approach to skin health with a ‘Skin Lounge’ for express treatments – perfect for lunchtime – and private therapy rooms for Dermalogica ProSkin60 treatments. The CBD will also get a Lovely by Skin Institute once Commerical Bay officially opens. Owned and operated by New Zealand’s skin treatment and appearance medicine experts, Lovely by Skin Institute provides affordable and accessible options for both skin and body.
