The Beverly Hills home once enjoyed by newlyweds Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston is up for sale for a cool $US44.5 million.
It was reportedly first listed in May for $US49 million.
The former Hollywood ‘it couple’ owned the mansion from 2001 to 2006, purchasing it for $US13.1 million.
The property is being sold by a hedge fund executive who bought the property off the stars in 2006.
The French Normandy revival-style estate underwent a three-year renovation shortly after Pitt and Aniston married in 2001.
The revamp involved upgrading the kitchen floor with heated marble, installing a pub room that converts into a screening room, and adding on a guest house and tennis court.
The house boasts five bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, and the property has canyon views, a swimming pool, multiple fireplaces, and even an outdoor living room and bedroom.
The 11,173-square-foot gated property is situated in one of the most sought-after parts of Beverly Hills.
The home was originally built in 1934 for actor Fredric March.
