The exes both took home awards from the ceremony – Pitt continued his best supporting actor winning streak for Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood, while Aniston won a best actress award for her role in drama series The Morning Show.
The pair were photographed beaming at each other and holding hands backstage, with Aniston appearing to go in for a hug.
Pitt was also spotted smiling as he watched Aniston’s acceptance speech backstage.

Pitt’s own acceptance speech for his award was full of hilarious quips in which he joked about his dating life and failed marriages.
After taking to the stage to accept the award, Pitt joked, “I got to add this to my Tinder profile.”

He also joked that getting into character for the role of stunt double Cliff Booth wasn’t too challenging.
“Let’s be honest, it was a difficult part,” he said sarcastically.
“A guy who gets high, takes his shirt off, and doesn’t get on with his wife. It was a big stretch.”
The camera then turned to his ex-wife Aniston who smiled and applauded.
