Beyonce launches vegan meal delivery service
The Beyonce diet has arrived but would you try it?

Musician, performer, actress and now nutrition guru, is there anything Beyonce can’t do?

The singer has embarked on a healthy eating venture with her personal trainer Marco Borges.

The vegan meal service delivers meals that are 100 per cent plant-based once a week to your door. All ingredients used in the meals are not genetically modified, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic.

Called 22 Days Nutrition, the company is based on the belief that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit.

Both Beyonce and husband Jay-Z famously adopted veganism for 22 days in late 2013 and she is believed to have since made an effort to include more plant-based foods in the family’s diet.

“All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can,” Beyonce said of the vegan diet.

“We all know the importance and value of eating plant-based foods but often times find ourselves trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness,” says co-founder Borges.

“The Vegan Meal Delivery program makes it easier to reset your habits with healthy and delicious plant-based foods.”

Prices for meals will range from $US 9.76 to $US16.50 each. Dishes include a sesame cabbage lentil bowl, ratatouille pasta with pesto, curried fried rice with vegetables, and an almond blueberry breakfast loaf.
