Wanaka’s Cadrona distillery is nestled in the hills just outside the township. Its spirits are made using alpine waters sourced direct from Mount Cadrona.
It also makes butterscotch and orange liqueurs. Its cocktail list includes the Butterscotch Lebowski, built over ice with 45ml Rose Rabbit butterscotch liqueur, 30ml warm espresso, milk and garnished with a cinnamon stick.
