“He’s my number one guy”: Student captures her grandad’s touching reaction every time she visits him in viral video – and the 87-year-old has won the hearts of millions of online fans.
A student from Scotland has gone viral thanks to her adorable grandad.
Every time Jennifer Barclay knocked on grandfather Robert’s door to pay him a visit, she filmed him opening the door and greeting her in a number of touching ways.
“My grandad has broken the Internet today,” she wrote online. Currently, the one minute-long clip has amassed over 8 million views.

At the end of the clip, her grandad opens the door with a big smile on his face, saying: “Hello honey bun” and melting hearts across the internet.
“I love him with all my heart. And I love recording his reactions when I come to visit. I hope everyone can appreciate the video I’ve made as much as I do,” she went on to say in the Tweet.
In a second tweet, Jennifer shared: “No matter how many times I watch the video of my grandad opening the door, it brings a tear to my eye. So much love”.
