If you’re wanting it DIY the look, it’s easier than you think. All you need other than the usual mani essentials is a nail dotting tool. While they are easy to pick up online or in stores, a bobby pin, toothpick, pencil tip, or end of a paintbrush can also be used as a substitute. Once your base colour is completely dry, dip the dotting tool into the second polish colour and gently touch it to your nail to make a dot. For a classic look, space the dots evenly.
