The glamourous pair chatted with King and other guests as they attended a reception for the winners of the King’s Trust Awards. The actor and his human rights lawyer wife were among supporters of the organisation attended alongside this year’s winners.
George and Amal smiled and laughed alongside King Charles and also posed for photos with Alice from Kenya, winner of the Amal Clooney Woman’s Empowerment Award.

Also seen attending the event and mingling with the monarch and others guests was celebrity makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury and Dame Joanna Lumley.
The reception comes prior to an official presentation ceremony. The awards honour those who have been supported by The Trust, and those who mentor them, in the UK and across the world.
King Charles also cut a cake to mark ten years of the Prince’s Trust International, now known as the King’s Trust International.
The trust was set up by Charles to support young people from disadvantaged communities with education and work opportunities.
