Centennial Park will yet again play host to this year’s Taste of Sydney festival.
Showcasing restaurants with a combined total of twelve hats, Taste offers budding gastronomes a chance at dining at their most coveted restaurants, without the huge price tag.
The initial line-up reveals 10 of the best, and hardest to get into, restaurants in Sydney.
Delighting foodies with their salivating creations, Taste will be offering over 50 dishes from twelve of Sydney’s hottest restaurants.
While you’re perusing the food stands you can head over to the Artisan Producers market, gain new skills at the Taste Kitchen or see how everything tastes better with butter at the Lurpak Cookery School.
Some of the restaurants and Chefs that will be showcasing their culinary delights on the Taste stage will be Melbourne expats MoVida, Brent Savage’s newest offerings Yellow and Monopole and the Italian contributions of Popolo and Otto.
Amongst these newcomers see’s the crowd favourites of Porteño, Four In Hand, Four Fourteen and Biota Dining return once again to provide mouth watering meaty options.
The festival operates like a restaurant, having two ‘sittings’ as timings for entry. Patrons can chose from either lunch or dinner service, giving them enough time to fully immerse themselves in the culinary experience.
Having been recently awarded NSW’s Best Exhibition in the Australian Event Awards, this festival provides an unrivalled showcase of Sydney’s greatest and latest food and beverage offerings.
The Festival runs from 12th-15th of March 2015.
