They’re about to star in the highly-anticipated “Maleficent” sequel, but just for now, these three Hollywood actresses are better known for their work in the pranks department.
Posing for a series of snaps to promote “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil”, Elle Fanning, Angelina Jolie and Michelle Pfeiffer took the photoshoot into their own hands.
Quite literally, in Pfeiffer’s case.
Holding a pair of bunny-ear fingers behind Jolie’s head, Fanning couldn’t contain her laughter as the professional shoot took a comic turn – with a relatable family-photo feel.
Jolie clearly suspects something is up as Fanning starts to get the giggles, as 62-year-old Pfeiffer – clearly adept at the sneaky bunny ears – maintains a straight face throughout.
Fanning then fails to contain her laughter as the photographer no doubt called a time-out.
The trio were joined by fellow cast members Chiwetel Ejiofor, Ed Skrein, Sam Riley and Harris Dickinson ahead of the Disney picture’s release later this month.
It’s five years since Jolie starred in the original live-action 2014 movie Maleficent.
Maleficent, the character, is lifted from the 1959 fairytale Sleeping Beauty, and Disney fans can look forward to seeing her – and her unmistakable black horns – return to movie screens later in October.
