The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated Prince William's charitable win at the Guard's Polo Club this week.

Kate and William are generally very reserved at public events, not even holding hands often. There is no royal protocol against public displays of affection though; it simply comes down to the couple’s preference.

The Prince was playing to raise funds and awareness for ten charities supported by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Playing for the United States Polo Association, Prince William’s team included Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha, Amr Zedan and James Harper.

Sans children, the couple enjoyed a day in the sun. The Duchess sipped Pimms and played with their beloved dog, Orla, as she watched the Prince win his tournament.

The Duchess congratulated a victorious Prince William with an affectionate kiss on the cheek. She was on hand to present the Out-Sourcing Inc. Royal Charity Cup to the winning captain Amr Zedan.
