RUBY’s new Collection will make you feel like it’s Summer Already

Don’t wait for warm weather to arrive to embrace new-season prints and colours.

Packed with vibrant colours and blooming beautiful florals, RUBY’s latest collection, Bounty, is just what our spring wardrobe has been waiting for.

“One of the biggest joys for me is the day the cherry blossoms start to bloom around my neighbourhood,” explains RUBY’s creative director Deanna Didovich. “It marks a clear shift in season, when you know daylight savings is around the corner and everything just seems a bit brighter. This year, in particular, I think we all need a bit more sunlight in our lives! RUBY Bounty celebrates what I am hoping is a season that keeps on giving.”

Inspired by all of the colours that are synonymous with the season of spring, Bounty features a pop of candy pink, vibrant jade, azure blue, crisp white and a must-have watermelon shade of pink.

And of course, there a plenty of pretty floral prints for spring too.  “The first print of the season, Lucy, is a lively watercolour floral, printed on our traced-back-to-source Silk Crepe de Chine,” explains Didovich. “Most notable, the Lucy Silk Dress is the answer to my spring social plans, distanced or not. Bias cut, falling just above the ankle and with a completely open back, this is one of those classic RUBY pieces that you will keep forever.”

Discover our favourite pieces from the Bounty lookbook below and shop the collection in-store and online when it begins to drop on 25 September.

Best dressed from the Emmys ‘red carpet’

The absence of a real red carpet didn’t stop celebs dressing to the nines for the 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards.

The Emmys aired lived as a virtual ceremony on Sunday local time, bringing the best and brightest Hollywood TV stars together online.

The awards occurred without a celebrity audience or a red carpet, and only a few live presenters appeared in the same location as host Jimmy Kimmel.

Nominees were streamed from inside their homes or at gatherings with castmates, but most of them were red carpet ready all the same.

Here are our favourite looks from the event.

Tracee Ellis Ross

Our spring STYLE cover star looked radiant in Alexandre Vauthier, with her look coming complete with a matching face mask and her own personal red carpet.

Nobody was surprised when the ever flawless Zendaya looked picture perfect in her two Emmy looks. We particularly loved her Christopher John Rogers gown, which was paired with matching Bvlgari jewels.

Regina King

What can we say? We’ve been left speechless by how striking Regina King looks in this Schiaparelli Couture gown.

Rachel Brosnahan

We were looking forward to seeing who would wear pyjamas at the Emmys, and while Jameela Jamil’s sequin dressing gown was appreciated, the best bedtime get-up of the night was worn by Rachel Brosnahan, who matched with her husband Jason Ralph and their dogs in custom Christy Rilling.

Yara Shahidi

The actress oozed old Hollywood glamour in sparkly custom Prada.

Kerry Washington

We loved Kerry Washington’s sleek bob and her feminine, floral Oscar de la Renta gown – one of two looks that she rocked on the night.

Cynthia Erivo

We’d like this Versace dress for our next party, please!

Dan Levy

The Schitt’s Creek star killed it in this Thom Browne suit and kilt.
