Fashion, fishing and the fine things in life will be brought together for the Rodd & Gunn Weekend at Huka Lodge, Taupo on May 29 and 30.
Inspired by the things that Rodd & Gunn love to create and share, it offers a weekend of adventure as well as a luxury escape.
Rodd & Gunn’s head designer John Prikryl will be present to provide insight into his artistic visions for the coming season and offer one-on-one personal styling experiences.
Bespoke leather worker Zoli Szalardi, who handcraft’s Rodd & Gunn luggage using the finest leather tanned in Italy, will also be at the Lodge to share his journey stitch-by-stitch.
Other activities include test driving the latest Range Rover Sport; Fly Casting; wine tasting with Amisfield’s winemaker Dr Stephanie Lambert; sherry and port tasting in the wine cellar; and the ultimate Sealegs Experience – an amphibious adventure on Lake Taupo in the revolutionary power boat that has retractable and steerable wheels.
