Reopening roadmap: What are the rules once NSW’s 80% target is reached?
New South Wales has unveiled its roadmap to recovery, described as a “clear path to follow out of the pandemic and lockdowns”.

From the Monday after NSW hits the 80 per cent double dose vaccination target amongst those aged 16 and over, the state will further ease restrictions.

Restrictions are initially set to ease the Monday after NSW hits a full vaccination rate of 70 per cent. That date is currently anticipated to be 11 October.

It’s expected the state will hit the 80 per cent target around 25 October.

So what will fully vaccinated residents be able to do once that second target is reached?
