De Rey cocktail recipe by Todd Fletcher, brought to you by MiNDFOOD.

30ml Chambord Liqueur

15ml Grappa

30ml Silver Tequila

Dark grape juice

1 Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice; add the Chambord, Grappa and Tequila, then top with dark grape juice.

2 Serve in a Tall Collins or Highball Glass and garnish with a swizzle stick.
