Crown Princess Mary of Denmark and her family Prince Frederik, Prince Christian, Princess Isabella and twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, have swapped their royal fashions for traditional Greenland garb in a series of photos for a new set of stamps.
The stamp features the beautiful family in traditional dress and will be released into circulation by the Greenland Post.
The Danish Palace also released some outtakes from the shoot, that depict the young royals playfully enjoying the limelight.
The stamp was commissioned and released in honour of Mary and Frederik’s twelve year wedding anniversary.
Just after their 2004 wedding, Greenland was the destination of Mary and Frederik’s first tour as a married couple – holding a very special place in their hearts.
