The Prince and Princess of Wales were joined by Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis to volunteer at Upton Scouts Hut in Slough to renovate and improve the building.
Prince William, Kate and their children joined volunteers in renovating the Scout Hut, with works including resetting a path, digging a new soakaway, sanding and revarnishing the front door, adding planters to the front of the building and adding a mural according the Royal Family’s website.
The occasion marked Prince Louis‘ first official royal engagement, where the five-year-old helped his father operate a digger as part of the work on the Scout hut.
After the work was done the royals enjoyed toasting marshmallows with other Scouts and volunteers.

Elsewhere, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh spent time at Guide Dogs in Reading, with Edward and Sophie joining Hollie, Lucy, Luker, Nyla and Sunny and their volunteer puppy raisers at a special training class.
