It comes amid reports the Duchess of Sussex has inked a deal with Disney to record a voiceover in return for the company donating to wildlife charity Elephants Without Borders.
The video shows Prince Harry chatting with Iger at the London premiere of Disney film The Lion King, as Meghan speaks with Beyonce and Jay-Z nearby.
In the footage, Harry is seen pointing at Meghan and asking Iger, “You know she does voiceovers?”
“You seemed surprised, but yeah she’s really interested,” says Harry.
“Sure…We’d love to try,” responds Iger.

Disney has not confirmed the reports that Meghan has signed an agreement with the company, and the Royal Family has also not commented.
Meghan announced she was retiring from acting in 2017 to focus on her royal duties, after having starred in hit legal drama Suits.
Now that the Duke and Duchess have announced they will be stepping back from royal duties, there has been much speculation as to whether Meghan will return to acting.
The pair revealed they plan to “become financially independent”, and have outlined how they will achieve this in detail on their new website sussexroyal.com.
They also announced they will be sharing their time between the UK and North America, paving the way for Meghan to do more acting work as she resides closer to Hollywood and film and TV production hub Toronto.
