Prince Harry has asked his older brother Prince William to be his best man. Prince Harry will wed Meghan Markle next month in Windsor.
In a statement released this morning, Kensington Palace said: ‘Prince Harry has asked his brother The Duke of Cambridge to be his Best Man at his wedding to Ms. Meghan Markle.
‘The Duke of Cambridge is honoured to have been asked, and is very much looking forward to supporting his brother at St George’s Chapel, Windsor on May 19th.
‘Prince Harry served as best man to The Duke of Cambridge at his wedding to Miss Catherine Middleton in 2011.’
There was previously concerns over whether Prince William would be able to attend the wedding at all, as he was due to attend the FA Cup final as part of his duties as President of the Football Association.
But last month he decided to ditch his duties at Wembley to be at his brother’s side on May 19.
