Prince George Takes Part in a Famous Royal Tradition
It’s no secret that tradition is a huge part of the royal family, so it's no surprise that Prince George has now been recruited for a very historic family event.

Just a few days ago the Duchess of Cambridge took Prince George to watch his first ever grouse shoot on the Queen’s Balmoral estate in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Apparently, it’s never too soon to get familiar with a bit of hunting when it comes to the royal family.

The little prince was there to observe, watching his father, Prince William, hunting in the hills above Loch Muick.

Afterwards, they were joined by the Queen for lunch, who actually drove herself to the occasion in her favourite Range Rover. Prince Charles, Prince Edward, his wife Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, and their children Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn joined the party for the event as well.

Also accompanying the family was the Princess Royal, her daughter Zara and her husband, Mike Tindall. Prince Harry and Meghan are yet to join the troops, leaving Royal watchers with bated breath.

Like George, Prince William began his hunting career early too. He claimed his first stag as a teenager at Balmoral, following in his father’s footsteps who claimed his first stag more than 30 years earlier.
