Prince George was spotted being an enthusiastic sideline supporter at the Euro 2020 final at Wembley Stadium.

The adorable young royal looked ecstatic when England scored, clapping and cheering along with his father Prince William.

Unfortunately his cheers weren’t enough to spur England to victory, and his elation turned to despondence when the team lost.

George attended the match with William, who is president of the Football Association, and mother Catherine.

The three royal spectators looked devastated when England lost during a penalty shootout.

Earlier in the match, seven-year-old George was happily cheering on the Three Lions with encouragement from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

The young football fanatic reportedly begged his parents to let him attend the match.

Following the game, Prince William tweeted that the result was “heartbreaking” and congratulated the Italians on their win.
