Most of us prefer a hotel room with a view, but is there such a thing as too much view?
Skylodge’s sleeping capsule hotel is suspended high above the country’s Sacred Valley. To reach your 24 x 8 metre capsules, you’ll have to climb a steep cliff face on a 122 metre steel ladder. If you’d rather save your calves the workout, you can opt for a zip-wire trip up to your room instead.
The hotel operated by Peruvian tour company Natura Viva offers their rooms for around $400 AUS. The polycarbonate and aluminium structures allow guests to take in the stunning scenery of the region located near the city of Cuzco.
