Celebrity chef Nigella Lawson has been busy touring Australia as she promotes her latest cookbook, At My Table. The British beauty has been spotted twice out and about, first enjoying an ice cream in Melbourne and later exiting a popular Sydney restaurant.
The 58-year-old looked stunning as she showed off her curvaceous figure, which she puts down to eating well. “I have never been on a diet to try to lose weight,” she told Good Housekeeping in 2015. “No one should be put on this earth to go on a diet! No one should eat themselves ill either.”

Nigella added that she does practice yoga to stay in shape and generate wellness. “As you get on in life, you value feeling well as opposed to looking well. Yoga certainly makes you feel great, and you want to carry on feeling great.”
While in Australia, Nigella spoke about her love affair with smashed avocado, Australia and New Zealand’s much-loved brunch. Talking about her experience with the simple meal on 4BC Newstalk, she said: “It was because of Australia I learnt all about avocado toast, and when I did that back in the UK, everything went berserk. I did it on TV and avocado sales that week went up by 30% in the UK.
