Natural-based beauty you need in your life

Go green this summer with natural skin care and cosmetics that aim to reduce the beauty industry’s impact on the environment. You’ll feel gorgeous and guilt-free knowing that there are no nasty chemicals or animal testing involved in the production of these products.

From top-bottom, clockwise:

1. Trilogy Very Gentle Eye Cream

Revive sensitive eyes with this calming, protective eye cream. Containing macqui berry and aloe vera, it soothes and restores the delicate skin around the eyes while encouraging firmness.

2. Sukin Facial Recovery Serum

With super green extracts of Kale, Parsley and Spirulina, Sukin’s Facial Recovery Serum promotes a radiant complexion. Antioxidant ingredients including Acai and Goji berry extracts give your skin the hydration it needs.

3. Antipodes Oriental Bay Plum Lipstick

Antipodes lipstick is made from edible ingredients, including nutrient-rich plant oils that moisturise the lips while colouring. Deep red is perfect for a glamorous night out.

4. Trilogy Mineral Radiance Mask

Made with kaolin and rosehip, Trilogy’s mask cleanses and nourishes the skin. Pohutukawa extract regenerates for a healthy, natural look.

5. Manuka Doctor ApiClear Purifying Facial Scrub

Brighten and smooth your complexion with Manuka Doctor’s bamboo, honey and bee venom scrub. The combination of botanical extracts reduce the appearance of pores and polish surfaces so you can get that beautiful glow.

6. Antipodes Hosanna H2O Intensive Skin-Plumping Serum

This oil-free serum hydrates dry skin, improving blemishes and generating firmness. Apply it everyday for the best effects.

7. Antipodes Dusky Sound Pink Lipstick

There’s nothing better than a subtle pink lipstick for everyday wear. Throw this on with some winged eyeliner for the ultimate casual chic look that can take you from the office to the street.

Karen Walker’s Runaway Girl turns 16

Karen Walker’s final jewellery range for the year is a coming-of-age collection for the iconic Runaway Girl. Launched in 2001, the charm quickly became a much-loved symbol of adventure and individuality.

To celebrate the emblematic symbol’s sweet sixteen, Walker has reinvented the Runaway Girl. A soft pink pearl epitomises the collection, dangling from the Runaway Girl’s bindle and forming the centrepiece of an assortment of delicate earrings and rings.

“There’s an entire generation right now who’ve not experienced pearls as a modern piece in their wardrobe,” Walker says. “We wanted to bring the pearl into their world in a way that feels fresh and interesting.”

Girl with a Pearl transforms a classic to best fit the modern woman’s aesthetic. The new Runaway Girl provides the perfect piece to take you from day to night, from the office to the street.

Check out a few of the pieces below.
The collection is available from Wednesday 4th October in all Karen Walker stores, select boutiques and jewellers and online at karenwalker.com
