Natalie Portman is to-die-for in the new Miss Dior commercial

It has been 70 years since Dior first launched iconic scent Miss Dior. And now the fragrance has been reinvented for the modern Dior women. Created by in-house perfumer  Francois Demachy, Miss Dior Eau de Parfum pays tribute to the original scent, but is entirely new at the same time. The floral heart of the fragrance remain, but Demachy has incorporated more green notes and sweet and blood orange to give Miss Dior a contemporary twist.

Face of Miss Dior, actress Natalie Portman, fronts the new campaign and as Dior celebrates an impressive 70 years of haute couture, it seems only fitting that Portman is decked out in one of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s divine haute couture creations. Die-hard Dior fans can get up close and personal with the stunning embroidered number at The House of Dior: 70 Years of Haute Couture exhibition currently on at Melbourne’s NGV.

Witchery opens new store in Christchurch

Today Witchery opened the doors to a brand new flagship store in Christchurch’s stylish shopping precinct, The Crossing.

The architecturally designed store offers the complete range of Womanswear and Girl + Boy, making it central Christchurch’s first full Witchery retail shop. “We are delighted to be opening our new Witchery store in Christchurch following the devastating earthquake in 2011,” says Scott Fyfe, CEO, Country Road Group.

Taking a contemporary approach, the new store features numerous digital screens displaying Witchery’s campaign imagery, as well as a premium accessories lounge. To celebrate the opening, shoppers can enjoy 20% off storewide until September 10th. Complimentary coffee will also be served until Saturday 9th.
