Melbourne-based Masters of fine chocolate, Sisko and Sofitel Pastry Chef, David Hann are collaborating to bring you the ultimate Highest Easter High Tea experience, 150 metres above the “Paris end of Collins Street”. The renowned Chocolatiers and Chef David’s combined talents will see High Tea reimagined, with the famous Sisko Hot Chocolate experience through a Lace Chocolate Egg and homemade marshmallows, Hot Cross Scones and artisanal sweet treats to create Melbourne’s most in the know Easter High Tea experience.
No.35 plays host to this one-off event in a buffet-style layout with a French Couverture chocolate fountain and free-flowing sparkling or Champagne options all combined with Melbourne’s most enviable views.
Only two sittings (12pm until 2pm and 3pm until 5pm) of the Sisko X Sofitel Easter Highest High Tea are available on Sunday April 1st 2018.
