Fans of soon-to-be-royal Meghan Markle will soon be able to take a selfie with the former Suits star. Meghan has been honoured ahead of her wedding to Prince Harry with a wax figure from London’s famous wax museum, Madame Tussauds.
Unveiled yesterday, a smiling Meghan stands next to a beaming Prince Harry, whose figure was created for the museum’s 30th birthday in 2014. The wax figures are uncannily accurate in appearance. Meghan’s figure wears the forest green P.A.R.O.S.H. shift dress she chose for engagement announcement photographs with Prince Harry, while her fiance wears a classic suit. A wax replica of Meghan’s stunning engagement ring can be seen on her finger.
The public will be able to view the wax figure from May 18, when the exhibit officially launches – the day before Meghan and Harry wed at St. George’s Chapel. “There is a lot of love out there for Meghan and Harry and we’re following their lead by inviting the great British public to join the couple in their wedding celebrations here at Madame Tussauds London,” says the museum’s general manager Edward Fuller, TIME reports.
