She’s back! The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, made a brief return from maternity leave to attend the Trooping the Colour 2019 festivities with the rest of the royal family on Saturday in the UK.
The Queen may have turned 93 on April 21, but Trooping the Colour is the official celebration of the monarch’s birthday and her ongoing reign.
Sitting in a carriage alongside Prince Harry, the Duchess of Cambridge and Duchess of Cornwall, the Duchess of Sussex wore a navy short sleeve dress by Givenchy with a matching hat by Noelle Stewart.
Royal fans also noticed a new piece of jewellery on the new mum’s wedding finger, which appeared to be an additional band.

Although the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was not in attendance, another royal baby did make his balcony debut: Prince William and Duchess Kate’s third child, Prince Louis of Cambridge.
