The show will feature the Duchess of Sussex engaging in activities such as cooking, gardening, and beekeeping. Think a TV version of her former lifestyle blog, The Tig, with a bigger wardrobe budget and more famous friends.
The teaser trailer includes appearances by notable personalities such as Prince Harry, Abigail Spencer, Mindy Kaling, and Alice Waters. It appears the series was primarily filmed in Montecito, California, where Markle lives with her family.
In the trailer, set to the tune of “Do You Believe in Magic” by The Lovin’ Spoonful, Meghan shares, “I’ve always believed in taking something ordinary and elevating it, and surprising people with moments to let them know I was thinking about them.” She adds, “I’m going to share some little tips and tricks.”
The series will feature eight 33-minute episodes, with guests including her former “Suits” co-star Abigail Spencer, makeup artist Daniel Martin and LA-based chef Roy Cho.
It has been almost a year of anticipation for her return to lifestyle content. It was first hinted at in March 2024 with the creation of her brand American Riviera Orchard, although its official launch was postponed to align with the Netflix show’s release.
“With Love, Meghan” is part of Meghan and Harry’s multiyear deal with Netflix, which includes previously released productions like “Harry & Meghan” and “Heart of Invictus.”
