Following Meghan and Harry’s announcement that they are expecting their second child, it’s been revealed the couple will join talk show icon Oprah Winfrey for an exclusive sit-down interview.
Harry and Meghan will be joining Oprah for an “intimate conversation” in a 90-minute special on Sunday, 7 March, CBS announced.
“Winfrey will speak with Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, in a wide-ranging interview, covering everything from stepping into life as a Royal, marriage, motherhood, philanthropic work to how she is handling life under intense public pressure,” CBS said in a statement.
Prince Harry will join the two later on in the interview to speak about their move to the United States and their “future hopes and dreams for their expanding family,” the statement continues.
Oprah, who attended the couple’s wedding in 2018, lives nearby Harry and Meghan in Montecito, California.
It will be the first sit-down interview with the couple since announcing their departure from the royal family.
However, it’s not the only project Harry will be doing with Oprah. The 36-year-old royal is also collaborating with the talkshow host for a mental health docuseries on Apple TV+, which will premiere this spring.
