The Aotearoa-based label has again paired up with responsible luxury footwear brand ESSĒN to release two new shoe designs.
The playful pairs team bright colour with styles that will swiftly fill a gap in your wardrobe, whether you love a heel or prefer to step out in classic ballet flats.
The capsule collection includes a wedge heel, with detachable hearts adorning each strap, and a ballet flat with a squared-off toe. Both styles are crafted in shiny Italian patent leather and come in two colours, plum, a rich, deep-red hue, and apple, a cheerful kelly-green shade.
Maggie Marilyn designer Maggie Hewitt says the collaboration makes sense given the brands share similar values.
“What excited me most in designing this capsule with ESSĒN was bringing the same quality, care, and beauty that I love most about luxury shoes into an offering with our community in mind,” Hewitt says of working with the ethical and sustainable Australian footwear label from Melbourne.
ESSĒN founder and designer Marre Muijs echoes her thoughts, saying she firmly believes in timeless design: “buy well, and buy for life.”

The shoe collection launches in store and online on Wednesday, February 19.
