Maggie Marilyn has made its first foray into menswear with ‘Somewhere Man’.
An extension of Maggie Marilyn’s ‘Somewhere’ line of evergreen essentials, ‘Somewhere Man’ presented a welcome challenge for Maggie Hewitt, who drew inspiration from the men in her life.
“The Somewhere Man is a person who walks the talk, and actively supports initiatives and brands that place people and the planet first,” she says.
The collection comprises comfortable and practical essentials to offer effortless style, all of which are manufactured via a conscious and visible supply chain, and made from traceable organic or repurposed fibres from New Zealand’s leading regenerative merino and cotton farms.
‘Somewhere Man’ has allowed Maggie Marilyn to double its market size with no increase in operational R&D or supply chain investment, as the fundamentals of a circular, traceable line of affordable essentials were already in place for ‘Somewhere Womens’.
