Lily-Rose Depp, who turns 17 later this week, has just been announced as the face of Chanel’s to-be-launched fragrance, N°5 L’EAU. Depp, the daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, has become a front-row regular at Chanel over the past few years and landed her first campaign for the French fashion house last year as the face of the brand’s Pearl eyewear collection. As well as carving out a name for herself in the world of high fashion, the up-and-coming actress stars in three films soon to be released including La danseuse (The Dancer) which competed at the recent Cannes Film Festival.
The new take on Chanel’s most iconic scent, N°5, will launch in September and has been reworked by perfumer Olivier Polge – the name behind Chanel Chance Eau Vive and Misia. N°5 L’EAU is said to be the freshest, cleanest reinterpretation of the fragrance to date.
