Kate Middleton is everything you imagine a real-life royal to be. She’s poised (and when she’s not, she has a great sense of humour about it), stylish, charitable, and she looks amazing in a tiara.

This is the perfect combination to pair with the loveable former Great British Bake Off star, Mary Berry, who according to reports will feature together in a TV Christmas special.

The influential duo, who were recently seen together at the formal opening of the Duchess of Cambridge’s garden at RHS Wisley in Surrey (above), are expected to create a feast for volunteers working over the Christmas and New Year period.

Duchess Kate and Berry’s friendship reportedly started thanks to a shared love of charity work. They first met back in 2013 at an event for Child Bereavement UK which the two women are patrons for.

Stay tuned for more to come.

Charity First

The Duchess of Cambridge chats with families at the Nook Children’s Hospice in Norfolk, Britain this week

For the Duchess, Charity has always been an important part of her role as a Royal. This week the Duchess caught a train to her Royal Engagement in Norfolk, for the launch of The Nook children’s hospice.

The launch of the hospice was one the Duchess had been working toward for half a decade. Five years ago, the Duchess helped launch a public appeal to fund the centre, which supports children with life-threatening illnesses. She’s also a royal patron of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, the group behind the new $13 million facility in Norfolk.
