Health is wealth and often, as we enter the depths of winter, our health is top of mind.
MiNDFOOD has joined the team at Britomart to create two free lunch time seminars as part of Britomart Health Week, in Auckland, next week.
The two seminars, hosted by our senior writer, Sarah Harvey, will cover topics including stress and anxiety, and gut health.
The first, on Monday, June 13, will be a panel discussion to uncover how to deal with stress and achieve balance in our busy lives.
The session will explore topics like anxiety, sleep and mental health and how they relate to you.
We have a range of speakers, to provide a holistic approach to mental wellbeing including life coach, Kristin Liggins, and physiotherapist, Liz Binns.
The second session, on Friday, June 17, will see MiNDFOOD’s health experts discuss the importance of gut health and the benefits of maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
It will be a chance to hear from the professionals, including Dr. Rinki Murphy and naturopaths Lisa Fitzgibbon and Shane Mason.
Both sessions will be held from 1pm to 2pm on the respective days.
Limited free tickets are available for both sessions at britomart.org/news/health-week-2016
