If you’ve ever wondered how Jennifer Lopez stays in shape, you’re in luck as the actress has shared part of her workout routine on Instagram.
The Hustlers star, who is currently filming her new movie, Marry Me, took to Instagram to share her impressive leg workout with her fans.
“Just another Tuesday… After work workout. 💪🏽,” Lopez captioned her post.

In the short clip, Lopez is doing leg presses with three 45-pound weight plates loaded on each side of the press – that’s around 122 kilograms in total that Lopez is pressing.
Lopez, who turned 50 this year, is known for her heart rate-raising workouts and often shares post-workout snaps on Instagram with her followers.
Lopez often works out with fiancé Alex Rodriguez and just last week he posted a video of them in the gym together which featured Lopez doing a seated leg curl, lunges and leg presses.
