We launched five years ago into a global recession which some may say was a little ill-timed, if not crazy. I came from a different angle. I realised before we started MiNDFOOD that it wasn’t up to media companies

if a title or brand survived, it was up to the customer. I’m proud to report that MiNDFOOD has had consecutive increases in circulation each audit since launching.
